Dorothy is throwing a big party on her birthday next month and she is looking for a good Manhattan catering. She is expecting a hundred guests to flock in their Manhattan mansion. She is tired of the same old catering they have which is recommended by her mother. She wants to have a different menu. She wants to have different types of food from Asian to Italian. The food must represent all the countries that she has been like Thailand, China to Jamaica, Mexico, France and Italy. She does not want a fusion rather one type of food per country. She wants the party to be perfect as she invited all her socialite friends and wants her party to be the party of the year. This is also her coming out party since she broke up with her boyfriend when she found out that he was cheating on her. This is her way of telling the world that she is single and very ready to mingle.
